Visitors can borrow wheelchairs at the 1st floor service desk. The museum is equipped with designated elevators for visitors with impaired mobility. Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are available on B2, the ground floor and the 3rd floor.
Sign language information services are available for hearing impaired visitors, on Saturdays and Sundays, from 13:30 to 17:30.
Sign language guided tours have been designed specially for the needs of our visitors with hearing impairment. An expert in sign language takes part in these tours, providing simultaneous interpretation. Regularly scheduled sign language tours are provided at fixed times twice a month. Reserved group tours are also available.
Please contact the service desk on the ground floor, or the service desk in the Children's Art Education Center on the basement floor. Our service personnel will provide the assistance you require.
Baggage and other personal items may be checked at the service counter on the ground floor. Coin-operated lockers are available on the basement floor, in the corridor on the right side of the auditorium.
A Post Office ATM is available in the basement in B05 near the restaurant area
TFAM-free wireless Internet connection is available in the ground floor lobby, as well as in the basement in the G section and the library.
The Children's Art Education Center is equipped with a simple First Aid Kit. Nearby service personnel will provide basic first aid.
Located on B2, to the left of the main entrance to the auditorium. The Nursing Room is equipped with a hospital bed, simple medical First Aid supplies and a refrigerator, and provides basic emergency medical services. If you require medical help, please contact the service counter on either the ground floor or B2.
