Considering the big volume of visitors to this exhibition under the current COVID situation, measures of time slots, limiting the total number of visitors and keeping the social distance are introduced. To avoid long queues in high heat for better experience, the tickets for Shiota Chiharu: The Soul Trembles Exhibition will be available via online booking system only, no waitlist or walk up tickets. Instructions are as follows.

(Open daily from 11 AM to 12 AM. The service will be closed when search requests reach the system limit, and will be re-open on the next day.)

* On Saturday evening only the exhibition ‘Shiota Chiharu: The Soul Trembles’ is open.

* No Food or drink is allowed in the museum. The restaurant in the museum opened for dine-in services. TFAM Store and Bookstore are opened. DH Café by the Wang Da Hong House Theatre provides dine-in and take-out service.

Steps to book your visit:

1. Fill in personal information: email address (An email can be used to make one reservation only in the same run of reservation), name, last four digits of your ID/residence permit/passport, and number of visitors (up to two visitors).

2. Choose a date and a time slot (9:30-13:30 or 13:30-17:30 or 17:30-20:30) for your visit, and further select a specific hour.

3. Complete your reservation.

*After booking, you will receive a ‘confirmation email.’

*This online reservation form is for booking your entry time only; you are required to buy the ticket when arriving at the museum. We will not ask for an advance payment.

Notice to visitors:

1. The parking lot is temporarily closed due to the construction of our collection storage. There might be loud noise and dust caused by the construction. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and your patience is very much appreciated.

2. Please check-in according to your booked time, enter the museum lobby with your confirmation email and your ID, and buy your tickets.

3. Please buy your ticket after enter the museum. Bags (size over 40x30x20 cm) and backpacks must be deposited at the Information Center or in the locker.

4. Except for the time-slot 09:30, visitors can check-in and enter the exhibition venue 30 minutes earlier before your reserved time-slot. Please show your ‘system confirmation email’ and your ID at the exhibition entrance for your entry.

5. In response to the pandemic situation, please make sure to enter the exhibition within your reserved time-slot. You will not be allowed to enter the exhibition after the reserved time-slot due to the crowd control.

6. Please wear a face mask at all times when visiting the museum. No food or drink is allowed.
