氣候變遷的升溫與極端降雨現象，近數十年對都市空間造成極大的衝擊與影響，臺灣原本敏感的環境條件，更在在顯現都市規劃脈絡下的各種問題。透過此次演講的互動交流，讓民眾提高風險意識，了解個人財產是否處於易致災風險中；同時讓民眾了解都市規劃過程中的角色參與。
