What will you picture in your mind while looking at the infinite universe? Su Hsin-tien believes that you will find different gravities as looking at the earth from space and then realize the central idea conveyed in his paintings, the “Cyclical Space.” Since 1970s, Su Hsin-tien has continued studying the inter-relationship between the time and space of the universe based on the presupposition of the related knowledge of philosophy, mathematics and physics, and kept realizing his various imaginations on the space of the universe by sometimes creating cyclical space paintings from imagination via the approach of visual twist and illusion or sometimes expressing a multi-gravity world via perspective techniques. The exhibition uses "Illusive Cycles, Non-Objects, Deep Illusions, Multi-dimensional World, Rotating Spaces, and Cyclical Horizons," a total of six levels presented in order, to present Su Hsin-tien's Cyclical Space theory that includes the subjects such as universe space, four-dimensional space, cyclical space and space illusion. The presentation of the exhibition and the display of the artwork allow you to see a multi-dimensional painting world created by Su and even generate a different perspective of what we usually conceive of the space of the universe.
