► Event Overview

Yahui was once invited by curator Miya Yoshidato write an “Open Letter” for the project “Open Letters to Those Who Will Live In 117 n-1 Years”. Following the clues left by Yahui, this promenade uses excerpts from several poetry collections, essays, and short stories as companionship and response. It invites viewers to imagine themselves as the recipients of the letter a hundred years later. Through writing exercises and the experience of making an exhibition notebook, participants will read and read aloud the vast and lingering intersections and dialogues between time and space within the artworks, sharing certain similar moments as well as a tacit understanding and resonance of feelings.

► About "Art Promenade"

Originating from expert-guided exhibition tours, "Art Promenade" is a creative expansion of the traditional gallery walkthrough. It invites experts and scholars from artistic and interdisciplinary fields to respond to the exhibition using their unique expertise and creativity, and within possible scopes, offers fresh, non-traditional approaches to art appreciation and sharing with the public.
