TFAM Net.Open - Commoning #2:
GM, Kairos: Proof of Attendance for Arts and Cultural Ecosystem

Curated by Volume DAO

We have traveled to many places, attended countless events, and witnessed one captivating activity after another. After exhibitions, performances, talks, and various occasions of people interacting, how do we reflect on and share these experiences? If we could preserve these moments of presence, how would it transform the artistic and cultural ecosystem we inhabit?

The "Kairos" project, initiated by Volume DAO, is an instrument and platform designed to preserve these piecemeal moments and footprints using blockchain technology, with the aim to rebuild the relationship between the audience and creators. The current exhibition, "GM, Kairos: Proof of Attendance for Arts and Culture Ecosystem," introduces various aspects of this project, including ways of interaction, technical foundations, mechanism design, and underlying concepts. "GM" stands for "Good Morning," an abbreviation commonly used by blockchain enthusiasts to greet each other, often reflecting its vitality and culture. "Proof of Attendance," abbreviated as "POA," indicates that a person has participated in an event, and it can take the shape of NFTs.

The event will start in just a few minutes. Have you already arrived, or are you still on your way? A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Let’s pave the path to the future arts and cultural ecosystem, and your participation will be remembered and acknowledged with “Kairos”, permanently cherished.
