‘Dear friends of TFAM’ Time Capsule selected messages display
After a year of minor makeovers, Taipei Fine Arts Museum celebrates its 35th anniversary with new air conditioning, signage and refurbished galleries. During the Time Capsule event last year, many passionate visitors of the museum left warm-hearted messages full of expectation, some of those even mentioned the effect that the museum has on their experience--how the museum encompasses the power of becalming and holds a special place in people’s lives. Therefore, we’d like to present these sincere messages on our installation that exhibits our 35th birthday, and with it a representation of the growth and consistent dialogues between the museum and visitors. We invite visitors to read these messages and check in to share their best wishes to the museum. On the day of celebration, along with a wide range of activities, we’ll also be giving out selected gifts from our exhibitions to share our birthday joy with dear friends of TFAM.
