In 2000 Yu-Chen Wang moved from Taichung to London and began her art practice. That same year the brothers Ron and Mark Hanson, co-founders of art magazine White Fungus, moved from New Zealand to Taichung. Together they discuss themes of globalization and the local, of migration and reinvention, through their divergent paths.
