About TFAM Nights
Since October 1, 2005, the Taipei Fine Arts Museum has extended its Saturday hours to 8:30pm as part of the program TFAM Nights, opening to the public from 9:30am for a full 11 hours. Now entering its sixth year, TFAM Nights is a unique opportunity for the public to visit the entire museum, except for special exhibitions, for free. In addition to the magnificent regular and special exhibitions on offer at the museum, visitors can attend the monthly performance program Drama & Dance @TFAM, and lecture series Your Creativity @TFAM, which are both held from six to seven in the evening. The rich and varied programming of TFAM Nights not only has something for everyone, but also provides those who cannot visit during the daytime ample opportunity to experience the charm and wonder of the Taipei Fine Arts Museum. We at the museum suggest visitors arrive at the garden or main lobby at four or five in the afternoon for the museum's magnificent sunsets, and then stroll through the many exhibits.
