This Hands-on Program enables people of all ages and all levels of experience to enjoy art together. After visiting the special exhibition, we invite you to create the fireworks for the 2010 Taipei Int’l Flora Expo.
Admission for this program is free. No preregistration. Visitors who want to visit the special exhibition have to buy the ticket.
